The Breakfast Club Hoxton

I've heard about this breakfast restaurant several times. Often enough to absolutely wanting to go there. When I checked out all places I wanted to have brunch with my friends, the Breakfast Club would never lose my attention. Quirky enough of them to design their website in a 16-bit game style! I love it!

But even better than looking at the website is really going to one of their restaurants in London. We chose their restaurant located in Hoxton. Luckily they serve breakfast until 5pm which made it far more likely for us to be in time. (We kind of happen to be such late risers these days but that will change soon.)

We were honestly shocked when we approached a long, unexpected queue. All waiting for the busy tables to be available again! For a split second we were thinking about moving on but decided against this plan immediately. We wouldn't give up this fast. And judging by the queue it must be worth the wait.

We were told that it might take an hour to be seated and although we got in way faster all the waiting was insignificant as Russel Brand himself passed us while standing directly at the door. We just couldn't believe our eyes and now it was pretty clear that this place must be better than good to eat at!

After being seated (just one desk away from Russel Brand and supposedly his mother) we got our orders taken from this incredibly nice waiter. Shortly after our food and drinks arrived. I went for the Veggie All American which includes pancakes, potatoes, egg and much more. Let's just say the food was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s! You can probably assume that from the pictures!
I can also recommend their smoothies. Really filling and tasty.

While eating there I realised that this is a place where the cool kids go. Whether it's after a night-out, drinking Bloody Mary to sober up, or just a casual Brunch date. There's a big chance you'll find a few of them here (including Russel Brand obviously).

But afterall London is a big city. You'll never find everybody going to same place even though it's wonderful. It's just because London has so many more places to offer. That's what I love about London. There's enough space for everyone and everything.
Nontheless 'The Breakfast Club' is going on my list of favourite restaurants in London.
